Bars Battle It Out For Bloody Mary Championship

NEBRASKA CITY –  Bartenders and owners from around Nebraska gathered in Nebraska City to battle it out for the Bloody Mary State Championship.

Seven awards were handed out at the Fox Center off Central Avenue in Nebraska City Sunday afternoon. Taking home the award for best in Nebraska City was Endzone, with the Best Overall award going to Anthony’s Steakhouse out of Omaha.

Anthony’s Steakhouse bartender Rhonda Yost says they were extremely busy through  out the evening, due to the large turnout, and thinks the steak and shrimp combo garnish helped them bring home the title.
