COLUMBUS – A Columbus man is facing a meth charge after getting arrested while wanted in a misdemeanor case.
Police say in an affidavit that 45-year-old Dellis McKirdy, was a passenger in a vehicle, that was being driven by a person without a license. Police pulled the vehicle over, and allege that after an investigation they found a meth pipe, containing meth residue, in McKirdy’s possession.
McKirdy faces a felony meth possession charge as well as a misdemeanor marijuana charge in the new case.
McKirdy is due in court in the felony case on July 18th.
