Columbus Police Respond To Suicide Of CHS Senior

COLUMBUS – The Columbus Police Department responded to a Columbus residence on August 10, and discovered an 18-year-old male had committed suicide.

This information comes from a news release sent out by the Columbus Police Department. The CPD has also reported that the male was determined to be a Columbus High School Senior.

The Columbus Public Schools Crisis Team will be available for students throughout the rest of the week at Columbus High School, from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. No further information is known at this time.
