A renovation project continued Monday on the Dodge Street pedestrian overpass in midtown Omaha.
The $340,000 project, which began July 3, is expected to continue until mid-August — in time for the bridge’s 50th anniversary celebration and the start of the school year, city officials said.
The work by Ronco Construction and Linder Painting involves lead-paint remediation, repainting, deck resurfacing and new historical and landmark signage, officials said.
Some lane restrictions on Dodge Street will occur between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m., and on weekends.
