COLUMBUS – A Columbus family returned from being out of town to find their home had been robbed.
The Columbus Police Department received a report around 9:30 Wednesday morning that a home had been robbed in the 500 block of 15th Avenue. Upon arrival, it was discovered that window screens had been damaged after being forcibly opened.
The family reported a Playstation, Samsung Galaxy, and an iPhone 6 were among the stolen items, and the estimated loses totaled $300. No suspects have been determined as of yet, and the case is under investigation.
