Moser Dominates Dist. 22 Legislative Race, Oertwich Takes Second

COLUMBUS – Former Columbus Mayor Mike Moser dominated the primaries on Tuesday.

Moser cornered 56.13 percent of the votes, with Doug Oertwich coming in second with 21.44 percent of the votes.  Francis Kuehler snagged 17.28 percent of the votes and Kenneth Leischner earned 5.15 percent.

Current Senator Paul Schumacher will no longer be in the senate due to term limits.

6,349 votes were counted in the 50 reporting precincts.
