OMAHA – A total of eight suspects were indicted in federal court on Tuesday for their suspected involvement in multiple Omaha-area bank robberies over the past month.
20-year old James Fentress-Dismuke, 33-year old Jonathan Franklin, 27-year old Vincent L. McGee, and 44-year old Corita Burnett have been indicted for their roles in the robbery of the Security Home Bank in Malmo on November 22.
44-year old Warren Vasser, 27-year old Warren Copeland, and 25-year old Angelo C. Douglas were indicted for their involvement in the robbery of the First State Bank in Fremont on November 15.
Additionally, 24-year old Wayne Rolling was charged for a series of robberies of banks in several Omaha area Hy-Vee Supermarkets. Rolling was arrested on November 20 in Omaha.
The Omaha Field Office of the FBI along with the Omaha Police Department, Saunders County Sheriff’s Office, Fremont Police Department, Nebraska State Patrol, Wahoo Police Department, Yutan Police Department, and other area agencies assisted in the investigation to bring charges against the eight suspects.
