COLUMBUS – A man has been arrested for threats he allegedly made after not being allowed to purchase alcohol.
According to Columbus Police Captain Todd Thalken, Tyrone Daniels attempted to purchase alcohol from the Kum & Go on 771 33rd Avenue at approximately 11:30 p.m. Monday night.
Thalken said the clerk refused to sell to the suspect when Daniels was unable to show proper identification. The twenty-nine-year-old then allegedly told the clerk he would come back later and shoot her.
